    1. What was the overall purpose of the speech. Try to restate or summarize the main point. How well was it addressed?
The overall purpose of the speech was to tell people that it's not really that important to have a dream job and break the general mold that people have in their mind. The main point of her speech was that society is pressuring people to have an exact dream but it's not that important to do so. The main point was very well addressed with various examples and personal experiences.

    2. Was there a hook? Was it effective? How could it have been improved?
The hook was in the beginning of the speech when the speaker read a quote related to the topic from the script. It was interesting enough to attract readers' attention, but I think it could be improved by you pausing for a few seconds after explaining the quote. You need to give some time for the audience to understand it.

    3. Was the structure logical? Point supported by evidence or examples? Good transitions between ideas?
The structure was logical and I liked how to gave enough evidence and examples such as types of dreams and your personal experiences provided. The transitions between ideas was clear so I could see that you were very clear on which direction you're going with your speech.

    4. Was the conclusion concise? Were main points restated or summarized? Was the closing memorable?
Your conclusion was clear and straightforwarded. The final statement of your speech was spoken directly to the audience. The closing was memorable and clear enough to answer "so what?" question.

    5. Did the speaker use enthusiasm, pauses, humor, visual aids?
I am honestly not sure if you are enthusiastic when giving the speech because you didn't smile or looked excited at all. You didn't use any pauses, so the speech was kind of hurriedly progressing. No particular humor was given. You tried to use some visual aids, but honestly, I couldn't quite see the exact context since the words were small and the screen was too bright and small.

    6. What did you notice about the speaker’s body language? Posture, eye contact, gestures.
You didn't use any significant body language, instead you seemed frozen with nervousness so try to relax next time. Your posture was okay, standing straight. You've made some good eye contacts.

    7. Was the volume good? Did the speaker enunciate and pronounce clearly? Could everything be understood?
The volume was good enough. You enunciated words clearly so I could understand your overall context although I am not very familiar with british accent. Your accent is very attractive by the way :) Nice job with your speech!! :)_
