The speech was about nuclear energy safety problem, whether it is safe to use this. He said that it is harmful and stated two reasons. 2. Was there a hook? Was it effective? How could it have been improved? Yes. He asked the audience if they’ve heard about nuclear energy. It was effective but to improve I suggest that he could relate it to his experience, for example the experience of visiting the plant if he has done it. 3. Was the structure logical? Point supported by evidence or examples? Good transitions between ideas? The speech was well-organized and logical. He used a lot of transition which helped the audience to follow it. 4.
