    Video: Unit 5 Opinion

    1. What was the overall purpose of the speech? Try to restate or summarize the main point. How well was it addressed?
-The speaker gave two opinions about everyday exercising. First, being obsessed with the exercise may lead to feeling guilty. Second, the more we exercise, the more our body craves it.
    2. Was there a hook? Was it effective? How could it have been improved?
    - Was the structure logical? Point supported by evidence or examples? Good transitions between ideas?
-The hook part is in the introduction where she says that most people think exercising every day is healthy, but she gives a turning point by saying that it actually isn’t that proper and healthy.
    3. Was the conclusion concise? Were main points restated or summarized? Was the closing memorable?
-In conclusion, the speaker suggests the audience to schedule the work out by doing it regularly.
    4. Did the speaker use enthusiasm, pauses, humor, visual aids?
-The speaker gave her honest opinion on this topic, had a stable pace, and had good pauses at the right time. However, I would suggest the speaker to make it sound more enthusiastic by giving more energy and life to the overall tone or expression.
    5. - What did you notice about the speaker’s body language? Posture, eye contact, gestures.
-The speaker had good posture, eye contact, and gestures. She was natural and she seemed comfortable in presenting her speech.
    6. Was the volume good? Did the speaker enunciate and pronounce clearly? Could everything be understood?
-The speaker had a good tone and the volume was good. I understood the speech very well. Thank you!
