Evaluated Video: Chapter 5 Responsibilities of the public

    1. What was the overall purpose of the speech. Try to restate or summarize the main point. How well was it addressed?
The overall purpose of the speech was to remind people related to public media and even ordinary people that we need to have a responsibility when spreading certain ideas through media. The topic was addressed very clearly, with the speaker keep on highlighting that it is our "duty" to do so, so it's very important.

    2. Was there a hook? Was it effective? How could it have been improved?
I think the hook was in the beginning of the speech at 00:13, when the speaker asked a question to the audience to think about. The question was interesting enough to attract listeners' attention, but I think it could have been improved by pausing enough after asking to give some time for the audience to think about the answer.

    3. Was the structure logical? Point supported by evidence or examples? Good transitions between ideas?
The structure the very logical and the points were supported strongly with personal examples provided. The transitions between ideas were good :)

    4. Was the conclusion concise? Were main points restated or summarized? Was the closing memorable?
I am wondering if there was a conclusion, because I noticed that you've mentioned new points and didn't summarized any previous points given. Maybe it could have been memorable if you had restated few points you've mentioned before or speak directly to the audience what you want them to learn by hearing your speech.

    5. Did the speaker use enthusiasm, pauses, humor, visual aids?
You always seem excited to give speech with good voice and active facial expressions made. You've paused quite well, but next time try to pause for few more seconds maybe like 2. You didn't use any visual aids.

    6. What did you notice about the speaker’s body language? Posture, eye contact, gestures.
He's body language was just adequate, not excessive or lacking. You stood straight so you had good posture when speaking. You've made some good eye contacts. Some small but effective gestures seen :)

    7. Was the volume good? Did the speaker enunciate and pronounce clearly? Could everything be understood?
The volume was loud and clear :) the speaker's pronunciation is very clear for the audience to understand the entire context of the speech. Nice job sungtae! :)
