    Speaker: Christina Woo
    Assignment/Title : Ice Breaker

    1. What was the overall purpose of the speech. Try to restate or summarize the main point. How well was it addressed?
    - The speaker introduced her personal story to break the ice. I think the purpose is well achieved. I became to know her better than before and also I can say that she gave the message that GOD gives us what we can handle so we’d better enjoy the moments.

    2. Was there a hook? Was it effective? How could it have been improved?
    - The presentation had a interesting hook. The audience was asked to close their eyes and imagine the situation. It was truly effective and I should say again that it was interesting. There was no need to be improved.

    3. Was the structure logical? Point supported by evidence or examples? Good transitions between ideas?
    - Definitely it had a flow. The message and purpose were spread out with supporting stories. The whole speech had smooth transitions :)

    4. Was the conclusion concise? Were main points restated or summarized? Was the closing memorable?
    - The closing was memorable and still it is. I am inspired that I can handle some difficulties in this moment. The main points weren’t restated but it wasn’t needed regarding that the speech was for ice breaking. Anyway, the conclusion was concise. I could get the main message well.

    5. Did the speaker use enthusiasm, pauses, humor, visual aids?
    - Christina showed enthusiasm in her speech. I could feel her passion about her dream and past. Because she used her gesture, facial expression and humor quite well, the presentation was well delivered even without visual aids.

    6. What did you notice about the speaker’s body language? Posture, eye contact, gestures.
    - The speaker nicely used eye contact and gesture. Especially, Christina used her facial expression really well that I could follow her emotion and thoughts in each time.

    7. Was the volume good? Did the speaker enunciate and pronounce clearly? Could everything be understood?
    - The volume was good to hear. The speaker had clear tone and loud voice so that I didn't miss any parts.
Thanks for sharing your story! :)
